An order is accepted when payment is confirmed by Stripe. A project brief is sent within one business day. Work begins after the completed brief is received.
All prices in euros (€), excluding Italian IVA (22%). Payment processed by Stripe.
Client must provide a complete brief, respond to clarification questions within 5 business days, and supply any reference materials cited in the brief. OnTarget Copywriting is not liable for work produced from an incomplete or misleading brief.
One revision round included per project, submitted within 14 days of delivery. Style preference changes not in the brief and scope additions are quoted separately.
All intellectual property in delivered copy transfers to the client on receipt of full payment. OnTarget Copywriting retains the right to reference the project type in a portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Project briefs and client materials treated as confidential. Not disclosed to third parties. Deleted within 30 days of project delivery.
Liability limited to the project fee paid. Not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of delivered copy.
Italian law. Jurisdiction: courts of Brindisi, Italy.
Consumer clients have a 14-day right of withdrawal. By proceeding to payment, you confirm that digital services begin on your express consent and acknowledge waiver of withdrawal rights for commenced work.
